Switch up your morning toast for these loaded breakfast hash browns! We used store-bought frozen hash brown patties as the base and topped them with our favourite style egg (and all the fixins, of course). This recipe comes together in 15 minutes, making it perfect for a weekday morning.
Additionally, if you have an air fryer, you can use the same recipe with the appliance to get breakfast ready even faster!

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place hash browns on a baking sheet and cook until golden, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Evenly divide the cheese amongst the patties and transfer back to the oven until melted.
As the cheese melts, prepare the egg. You can make poached, scrambled or fried.
For a poached egg, simply drop an egg into a pot of boiling water with a splash of vinegar. Cook to desired wellness.
Top the toasted hash brown with the avocado and egg. Garnish with bacon bits, chives, chilli flakes and salt. Serve immediately!
